To recommend Rachel Hurley and EverFit20, I have to explain my mental health from my workouts with her. Finding a proven strength-training routine that’s lead by my personal trainer (Rachel) and only 20 mins a week, has given me peace of mind. Before working out with EverFit 20 I had to limit my activity due a knee injury that prevented me from engaging in my favorite activities such as skiing and hiking. It also limited my ability to do my job, which general requires me to walk 4 to 5 miles in the course of a day. My knee is now much stronger and I can easily walk any distance required at work and I can enjoy leisure/recreational activities without concern for my knee as I have regained full strength and no longer experience any of the prior limitations. I was amazed at how quickly I felt results— I’ve had 20+ abdominal surgeries in the last 10 years & really needed help getting some core strength back. Not only is the workout challenging, it’s also so much fun!! I could absolutely feel a difference in my body for the better— & I felt encouraged by the way my strength was soon building up. With 2 small kids & other commitments it’s hard for me to set aside a chunk of time to exercise, this method is a dream come true if you’re at all like me— it is a quick 25 mins but the soreness is a testament to how hard you work in that abbreviated time.
